MAILING/SHIPPING

LOCAL: SGD 5 flat rate via easyParcel with tracking number. I am no longer offering SingPost normal mail due to multiple incidents with lost parcels previously :<

INTERNATIONAL: SGD 15 for orders without notebooks, and SGD 25 for orders with notebooks. I use SingPost Tracked Mail which takes around 2-4 weeks, depending on your location.

I am unfortunately unable to control the increasing price of shipping, and am not responsible for lost parcels :< however, in an unfortunate event, do reach out and I’ll try my best to help!

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

I currently do not offer refunds and/or exchanges as I'm only an independent illustrator with a small online shop. However, please do let me know if there’s anything less than satisfactory, and I’ll do my best to help you out!
